Not only do we get a trailer for Beyond Good & Evil 2, but also for the newest Prince of Persia. No gameplay, but good anyway. Dramatic enough to get me pumped for the game.

It was sort of a rumor that there was going to be second iteration in the Beyond Good & Evil series, but now we know it’s true, because there’s a teaser trailer. Check it out.

If you want to see the very first Street Fighter IV commercial, all you have to do is watch something just as awesome as the game; MMA Figting. If you tune into CBS on Saturday night and watch the EliteXC Saturday Night Fights Mixed Martial Arts event, you’ll be gifted with the opportunity to see the very first Street Fighter IV commercial right after the bout.

You’ll get to watch a 60 second trailer and 30 second television spots, which will end with a call to action leading the viewers to the StreetFighter.com website. Oooohhhh. Can’t wait. The show happens on CBS at 9 PM EST so set your reminders, and Tivos, and watches, and…

If you purchased a Playstation 3 but haven’t really used it much for the Blu-ray functionality, Amazon can set you up with some good deals. They’ve started up a Summer Blu-ray Blowout and many blu-rays are even up to 50% off. Some of the more notable titles include Blade Runner (5-disc complete collectors edition), The Fifth Element, 300 and Pulp Fiction. That’s just a few too. Believe me, there are lots to choose from.

If there’s anything you’ve been wanting to pick up on Xbox Live, you should head on over to Target first. They are offering the usually $20 1600 Microsoft Points card for only $15 this week. Not a bad deal. Expecially if you were planning on buying some points anyway. Check out the deal in the local ad if you want too.

In a press release that was sent out by Capcom, it has been confirmed that the awesome looking game, Street Fighter IV will be coming to a console near you…unless you are a Nintendo Wii owner that is. Yup, sadly the Wii was not mentioned in the press release. They did mention the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC though, so everyone else is pretty much covered. No release date has been announced thus far, but keep an eye out for details.

Two games on Xbox Live Arcade this week, so get ‘em while they’re hot.

Yet another Sodoku game on Xbox Live Arcade. I guess there’s a reason though; gamers love it. So today you can pick up Buku Sudoku, which has 1,200 puzzles and multiplayer up to four players. You can get it for 800 Microsoft points.

The other game offered this week is Warlords. This game features a Breakout-style type of gameplay. Each player controls a paddle which is used to protect their castle from bouncing fireballs. Of course, it’s your job to knock them into the other player’s castles. Get this one for 400 Microsoft points.

If you check out Amazon’s Gold Box deals page, you notice that they are catering to gamers once again. The deal of the day is Call of Duty 4: Game of the Year Edition and at certain times of the day there will be other game deals. You’ll have to keep an eye throughout the day to find out the rest. The descriptions give away some good ones though.
