Happy Tree Friends Game Coming to Xbox Live

Happy Tree Friends

I just got an email from the spam department over at the Happy Tree Friends headquarters, and it announced to me that Happy Tree Friends: False Alarm will be coming to Xbox Live and PC’s on June 25th. The trailer looks pretty funny. Check it out here. I love that cartoon.

Dracula: Origin Demo

Dracula Origin

It’s a slow Monday morning, you have nothing to do and you’re bored as ever…or you’re at work. What should you do? Well, I guess you can download the PC demo for Dracula: Origin. It’s an adventure game based around Van Helsing (you), and Dracula. I won’t give away any more than that. Download the demo and get some good ‘ol Monday morning game play in.

Mass Effect for PC Delayed

Mass Effect PC

Mass Effect has already been available to Xbox 360 owners for quite some time now, so I’m sure all of you PC gamers are ready to get your hands on this great game already. Sadly, the release date of May 6th is no more. You’ll have to wait a couple more weeks. Chris Priestly, Community Coordinator of the Bioware forums has made this statement.

I have just confirmed with the development team that we are making a small change to the release date of Mass Effect for the PC. We had previously announced May 6, 2008 for North America. The new release date for North America is May 28, 2008 and June 6, 2008 in Europe.

So that sucks, but a couple of weeks will fly by in a snap, and the game will be a little more polished because of it. I’m sure it’ll be worth the wait.

Magic: The Gathering for Xbox Live

Wow, I actually remember buying starter packs for this game when I was in high school about 10 years ago. Yeah, I was a nerd, but I really loved that game. My cards are probably worth a fortune by now too, considering how much they were worth then. Anyway, if you are a fan of the game, you’ll soon be able to enjoy it on your Xbox 360 as well as your computer.

Wizards of the Coast has announced that the very popular game will be developed by AStainless Games, Ltd. who will be providing the XBLA version and Mind Control Software, who will be developing the Mac version. The two together will work together on the creation of the Windows version.
