If you live in the US or Canada, there’s a new demo for the World War II era history/fantasy game, Operation Darkness on Xbox Live Marketplace. This is a weird one. Your goal is to defeat Hitler and his army of soldiers and evil creatures and stop the destruction they are leaving behind. I love weird stories like this.
If you’re a fan of Iron Man, or just excited to see the upcoming movie, good news comes today from Sega of a playable demo. If you own an Xbox 360, you’ll get to play it tomorrow. Bad news for Playstation 3 owners though. You won’t get to play it for a while. Sega says in the near future, so it shouldn’t be too long.
Sega has announced today that the demo for Condemned 2: Bloodshot will be available tomorrow for download on Xbox Live. At 2 a.m. actually, so it should be ready for you when you wake up.
Ubisoft has announced that there will be a playable demo available for the many times delayed, Haze. No firm date has been made available, just “in early May.” Maybe they don’t want to say anything, in case the demo is delayed. The demo will include four player online co-op though, so I’m excited.
Looking for some real-time strategy action? How about global warfare? If you answered yes to those questions, then you should head on over to the Xbox Live Marketplace and pick up the demo for Universe at War: Earth Assualt. The game looks great.
According to a post on the Atari Europe forums, a demo of Alone in the Dark will be made available for the PC, Xbox 360, and the Playstation 3 in the coming months. No dates have yet been announced but it seems that the Xbox 360 version will be made available in Europe around the launch date of June 20th.

The somewhat anticipated first person shooter, Army of Two is coming to an Xbox 360 near you (unless it’s some sort of April Fools day joke). Today marks the release of a demo on the Xbox Live Marketplace. Sadly, there’s no demo goodness for Playstation 3 owners.

Everyone is anxiously awaiting the release of Ninja Gaiden II on the Xbox 360 on June 3rd. For many of you, it’s probably getting to be too much to handle. Well don’t break down just yet, because Microsoft’s Ninja Gaiden II website has details of a demo hitting the Xbox Live Marketplace sometime in May.
